Job Overview
The Compliance Monitoring Department is an independent part of the company that makes sure the organization follows all the required rules, standards, and company procedures.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager, who reports to the Accountable Manager, is an important part of the company’s management team. This manager oversees the compliance monitoring team and ensures that the company meets all relevant regulations, IOSA standards, and internal requirements.
The selected candidate will;
- Ensure the compliance monitoring system meets all aviation regulations and directives.
- Implement the compliance monitoring program continuously.
- Develop and schedule the audit plan, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage external audits (Regulatory, IOSA, Customer).
- Ensure corrective actions are taken by responsible persons and monitor their progress
Suitable candidates should meet the following requirements;
- Aeronautical or Aviation degree and/or a minimum of five years of aviation working experience in either maintenance, flight operations or ground operations activities;
- Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety regulation, standards, and safe operating practices;
- Detailed knowledge of applicable regulations and standards;
- Detailed knowledge of Safety Management Systems and Safety based on EASA management system and ICAO Annex 19 requirements;
- Completion of recognised formal auditor training course;
- Completion of relevant EASA Regulation training courses;
- Completion of recognised aviation safety management system course;
Excellent knowledge and experience in compliance monitoring and auditing
