Our airline client is expanding rapidly and seeking experienced A320 Captains and Non-Type Rated (NTR) Captains to join its growing fleet. With major aircraft deliveries underway and international operations which started in 2025, this is an excellent time to come on board.

What’s on Offer:
- 3-year renewable direct contract
- 20 days ON / 10 days OFF commuting roster
- Attractive Monthly Package (A320 Type Rated Captain) NET of taxes
- Up to SAR 55,262 (~USD 14,733) per month

- School fee assistance (For Children residing in KSA)
Selection Criteria:
- 4,000+ total flight hours
- 2,000+ PIC hours on A320 or equivalent jet (>30T MTOW)
- Valid ATPL (ICAO / EASA / FAA / GACA)
- Valid A320 type rating (Type Rated Captains)
- Recent PIC experience (within last 8 months)
- ELP Level 5 (ELP 4 considered case-by-case)
- Maximum age: 58
- Clean safety and criminal record
NTR Captains:
- Valid jet IR/TR (>30T MTOW)
- ICAO licence issued by approved countries – More details at the application stage.
Assessment & Joining
- Sim check + HR & Flight Ops interview
- Assessments held in Bahrain or other locations
- Full support with work visa and onboarding
