Selection Criteria:
- 4,000+ total flight hours
- 2,000+ PIC hours on A320 or equivalent (>30T MTOW)
- Valid ATPL (ICAO / EASA / FAA / GACA)
- Recent PIC experience
- ELP Level 5 (Level 4 considered case-by-case)
